Sam also hosts and produces the podcast Lessons to My Younger Self, where she chats
with great storytellers, experts, artists, and thought-leaders as they reflect on their biggest life lessons, and what wisdom they would pass on to their younger selves. Past guests include: the voice of Bugs Bunny, Eric Bauza, self-love advocate Alicia Mccarvell, Greg Brown of AsapSCIENCE, singer-songwriter Jully Black, The Social's Jess Allen, sexologist Dr. Jess O'Reilly, and more.

A passionate content creator, a short video Sam made caught the attention of
Oprah Winfrey, which led to a one-on-one interview in June of 2019. She's also interviewed Gracie Abrams, Chad Michael Murray, and the Jonas Brothers, among
others. You can see regular content uploaded to her 55k+ followers on TikTok, including some behind the scenes moments, candid hot takes, and an honest look at life in a
Filipino family.

Mindfulness and meditation are Sam’s passion. After years of practicing on her own, she wanted to share the undeniable benefits with a wider audience. Sam is now a certified Meditation Teacher, available for group or one-on-one guided meditations.
